1. Service and operator

These terms govern use of Zombie AI Video, independently operated by an individual under the Zombie AI Video trading name. Contact: zhao031119@gmail.com. By creating an account, placing an order or using the generation service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into the purchase. Keep your account credentials private and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

2. What you purchase

One purchase is $9.90 USD for one personalized 24-second AI-generated film, using two reference photos and your choice of 16:9 or 9:16. It is a digital product, delivered online as an MP4 for download. There is no physical shipment, credit package, subscription or automatic renewal.

The checkout shows the total payable, including any applicable tax or currency conversion disclosed by the payment provider. Your bank may apply its own conversion fees. Price changes apply only to new orders.

Waffo Pancake acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout. The legal seller details and payment terms shown there also apply to that transaction. We remain your contact for product delivery, technical support and refund requests.

3. Generation and delivery

After payment is confirmed, return to your film and start generation. The workflow generates two clips and an intermediate continuity image, then assembles the final film in your browser. Current models are MiniMax H3 for video and Nano Banana 2 for the continuity image, accessed through KIE. Zombie AI Video is an independent product and is not an official app of, or endorsed by, those model providers.

Generation is asynchronous; time varies with provider queues, the connection and your device. We do not promise an instant result or an exact completion time. Keep the page open during browser processing and use a recent desktop browser for best compatibility.

Download the result promptly. Local browser copies are not permanent cloud storage; clearing site data, changing devices or expired source links can prevent recovery. If a technical failure prevents completion, the same paid order can be retried without a second payment, subject to service availability and the Refund Policy. A completed film uses that order's entitlement; it does not include unlimited creative rerolls.

4. AI limitations

Output is AI-generated fiction. It may differ from the reference in facial likeness, movement, scene details, continuity or sound. We do not guarantee an exact copy, flawless anatomy, exclusive output or a particular artistic result. Review the film before publishing it and disclose its AI origin where required. These limitations do not remove your rights if the product is not delivered, defective or materially different from its description.

5. Your photos and permitted use

You keep the rights you already have in your photos. You grant us and the providers used for your order the limited permission needed to process the inputs and deliver the requested film. Obtain permission from depicted people and the relevant rights holder before upload. Do not submit children's photos or confidential material.

We do not claim ownership of your generated film. You may use it only where your input rights, applicable law and provider terms permit. Copyright protection, exclusivity, trademark clearance and commercial licensing are not guaranteed by this purchase.

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. It prohibits pornography/NSFW, extreme violence/gore, hate or harassment, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual or deceptive impersonation, and copyright/trademark infringement. A consensual, clearly fictional portrait transformation is not permission to deceive or harm someone.

6. Misuse, reports and account restrictions

Do not evade payment, abuse retries, interfere with the service or bypass access controls. Report misuse or an incorrect restriction to zhao031119@gmail.com, including an order/task identifier or link where available. Do not attach illegal sexual imagery.

We may investigate reports, reject requests or restrict accounts when justified by a policy violation, security issue or legal requirement. We consider appeals and handle paid but undelivered orders under the Refund Policy and applicable law. We do not guarantee that we can recall copies already downloaded or shared outside our control.

7. Cancellation, refunds and disputes

See the Refund Policy for unused orders, failed delivery, duplicate charges and defective results. Contact support with your account email and order number. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, statutory cancellation rights or the right to dispute a payment.

8. Availability and liability

We use reasonable care to operate the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or third-party availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses outside our reasonable control. No exclusion applies where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or rights concerning defective or misdescribed digital products.

9. Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion by email. Necessary transaction or legal records may need to be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Material changes will be explained with reasonable notice where required. The purchase description and terms applicable at the time of an order govern that order, subject to mandatory law and changes agreed with you. We first try to resolve disputes through support; applicable consumer law and the jurisdiction protections available to you remain unaffected.
