Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose and scope

This policy applies to reference photos, generation requests, generated films and use of Zombie AI Video. It forms part of our Terms of Service. The product is for consensual, fictional creative stories. Users must be at least 18; do not upload children's photos.

Prohibited content

1. Pornography / NSFW: pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation.
2. Violence / gore: graphic injury, mutilation, extreme gore, animal cruelty, promotion of self-harm or suicide, terrorism or incitement to real violence. A fictional, non-graphic zombie setting does not authorize these uses.
3. Hate speech: threats, targeted harassment, dehumanization or promotion of hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any sexual depiction, exploitation, grooming or endangerment of a minor, whether real, synthetic or purportedly fictional. Such content is prohibited without exception.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: use of a person's likeness without permission, non-consensual transformations, impersonation intended to deceive, fraud, misleading endorsements or deceptive political content. Obtain permission for every depicted person; do not present the film as authentic footage.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: using photos, films, characters, logos or other material without the rights required for the requested use, or implying an unauthorized affiliation with a brand or rights holder.

How requests and reports are handled

The public film form accepts two photos and an aspect ratio; it does not accept arbitrary user text prompts. The story instructions are fixed and prohibit gore, identity swapping and unrelated people. AI providers may reject requests under their own safety rules.

We review reports sent to support and investigate the relevant records or media where available. The current preview does not have a complete platform-side automated review of both inputs and completed videos. Fixed instructions and provider filters do not guarantee detection of unsafe material. We do not claim that every film has been approved by a human reviewer.

These limits do not permit prohibited use. If you encounter unsafe content, do not publish it; report it using the channel below.

Report a concern

Email zhao031119@gmail.com with the subject "Content report", an order/task identifier or content URL, a description and contact information. This channel works without an account. Do not attach or redistribute illegal sexual imagery; send identifying details instead.

For an infringement or likeness complaint, explain the rights or person affected and your relationship to the material. We may request proportionate additional information to verify and investigate the complaint.

Enforcement and appeals

Depending on the evidence, we may reject a request, restrict an account, remove records or content under our control, ask a provider to remove hosted material, or preserve and disclose evidence where legally required. We cannot guarantee removal of downloaded copies or media outside our control. Where the law requires reporting suspected child exploitation or other unlawful activity to a competent authority, we will follow that requirement.

Paid orders are handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

To appeal a restriction, email the same address with the relevant identifier and your explanation. We will review the available information and communicate the outcome.
