This is the contact for product delivery, payments, refunds, privacy requests, rights complaints and content reports. You can email without an account. Signed-in customers may also open a support ticket. Support is handled by the operator; no 24/7 live service or fixed response time is promised.

Orders, failed generation and refunds

Include your account email, order number, approximate charge date and a short description. If an error is visible, include its text or a screenshot with unrelated personal information hidden. Do not send passwords, verification codes, private keys or complete payment-card details.

Each order is one 24-second AI film for $9.90 USD, with no recurring subscription. Read our Refund Policy before requesting cancellation or reporting a delivery problem.

Privacy and account requests

Use the subject "Privacy request" and describe the access, correction, deletion or other request. We may verify account control before acting. See the Privacy Policy for provider processing and browser-stored media.

Content or rights reports

Use the subject "Content report" and include the order/task identifier or URL, the issue and a way to contact you. If you are reporting an image of yourself or a rights infringement, explain your relationship to the material. Do not attach or redistribute suspected illegal sexual imagery.

We review reports and may contact the reporter or account holder for clarification. Appeals can be sent to the same address with the relevant identifier and explanation. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
