How Zombie AI Video handles account information, reference photos, AI generation, payments and local video storage.

Last updated: 2026-10-08

1. Who operates this service

Zombie AI Video is a service operated independently by an individual under the Zombie AI Video trading name. This policy applies to our website, accounts, film orders and support. For privacy requests, contact zhao031119@gmail.com. You do not need an account to contact us.

2. Information we process

  • Account information: your email address, account name, password hash, sign-in sessions, language and registration records. We do not store your password in readable form.
  • Film inputs: two reference photos, the roles assigned to them, your selected aspect ratio, permission confirmation and the instructions used for the requested story.
  • Generation records: provider task identifiers, progress, errors, reference-file links, generated clips and intermediate images. We also send a frame extracted from the first clip to the AI provider to help the second scene match.
  • Order records: product, amount, currency, order and payment identifiers, payment status, refund status and the contact information needed for checkout. Payment details entered at the hosted checkout are processed by Waffo and its payment partners; we do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
  • Support and technical records: information you send in emails or tickets and request/security logs, which may include IP address, browser information and access times.

Selecting a photo for a local preview does not upload it. Submitting the creation form uploads the selected photos so we can prepare the film order.

3. Why we use this information

We use the information to operate accounts, process orders, generate and deliver films, recover interrupted work where possible, answer requests, investigate errors or misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of the requested service, our legitimate interests in security and support, legal obligations and consent where required. You must have permission from the people depicted and any other necessary rights before submitting their photos. Face images are used as visual references, not as an identity-verification service.

We do not sell personal information, operate an advertising marketplace for uploaded photos or use customer photos to train our own AI model. We do not publish customer films in a public gallery or use them in marketing without separate permission. Third-party AI processing is described below; we do not promise provider-wide zero retention or no training without a verified provider commitment.

4. Service providers and sharing

  • Cloudflare provides website hosting, database infrastructure, network delivery and related technical logs.
  • KIE provides AI generation and temporary media hosting, routing requests to the models described on our About page. KIE and the relevant underlying model providers receive the inputs needed to perform the requested processing.
  • Waffo Pancake provides the hosted checkout and acts as merchant of record for payments it processes. Its payment partners handle payment authorization and related fraud, tax, invoicing and refund requirements under their own applicable notices.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to investigate an abuse report or to protect users' rights. Providers may process information outside your country; legal protections can differ. Contact us before submitting sensitive material if you need more detail about a provider or processing location.

Reference photos and generated clips use direct media URLs so the AI services and your browser can retrieve them. Anyone who obtains such a URL may be able to view its file. Account pages require sign-in, but that does not make the underlying media URLs private. Do not upload identity documents, medical records or other confidential material.

5. Storage and retention

Account, order and task records are kept in our service database while needed to provide the service, handle support or disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. The site does not currently promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. You may request deletion using the email above; required payment, fraud or legal records may need to be retained separately.

Reference photos, intermediate frames and generated clips are held temporarily by KIE or its providers and may expire under their policies. We do not promise a particular expiry time or permanent recovery. On a deletion request, we can remove records under our control and ask the relevant provider to handle data it controls, subject to its retention requirements.

Your device assembles the final film. Clips and finished films may be saved in this browser's IndexedDB when space is available. These copies remain until the browser clears them or you remove site data; signing out does not necessarily remove them. The final assembled film is not uploaded to a permanent film archive on our servers. Download it promptly. Clearing site data, switching devices or expiry of source clips can prevent recovery.

6. Cookies and security

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, language/preferences and film recovery. See our Cookie & Local Storage Policy. We use HTTPS, account access controls and protected server-side credentials. No system can guarantee complete security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully performed. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Email zhao031119@gmail.com with your account email and the request. We may need to verify account control. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limits on a request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. Delete local browser copies through your browser's site-data controls and downloaded files through your device.

8. Children and updates

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit children's photos. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate.

We update this page when our processing changes and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Publishing a new policy does not replace consent where consent is required.
